Customer Service is poor. The technician that checked me made me feel as though I was an inconvenience. Their “Free wheel alignment inspection” is a joke. It is basically a 15 minute break for whatever tech takes it on a test drive. Then they come back and say there is nothing wrong; a matter of opinion really. My husband and I discussed the visit and he also had a very rude transaction here as well.Â
I arrived 25 minutes early for a 12 p.m. appointment and at 12:35... It just went up for a wheel alignment. Trifling. Bad experience...Â
