went to NTB on Rogers street in lowell, mA. Jaab is the best representative. looked to see if tire was for sale because in sysytem didn't show could sell. th I gentlemen went above and beyond. was able to sell me the tire. was fixed and I my way within half hour. recommend this place to everyone. the NTB in nashua did not have a tech on past 6. why would you not have a tech for a TIRE prior to store closing?
Place is a joke they don't andswer their phone when they are open!!!! They said they couldn't fix tire now cause they close in 15!!! If they answered phone an hour ago it could have been done!!!!
Worst services I have ever had. I will never be back to this location or any of its affiliates. The manager refused to do my oil change and then proceeded to argue with me.
