Multiple service visit with nearly identical experience each time: hours and hours of waiting for what was suggested would only take a short time. Friendly staff, but the customer service is beyond terrible--
Took car in for an oil change last week and tire rotation. Picked up a nail on the way to work today, not their issue obviously ... went to put on my spare and not only am I missing a lug nut. But my remaining lug nuts were cross threaded to the point one wouldn't come off. Called the shop which is a couple miles away from my office, and they to told me if I wanted to pay for a tow truck they'd take a look at it. That sometimes these things happen. ... No they don't.
