Went here after researching tires and price options for a few weeks. With the price matching available everywhere, it’s a toss up. One says this, one says that “they don’t include this but we do.........” Anyway, came to this NTB, got the tires I wanted with a price that was reasonable. The manager Sterling was great. He kept myself and the customers up to date with progress etc. He comped me a 4 wheel alignment because I had to wait a bit because they were busy. Hands down great service all around.
Great service !! Had two new front tires installed today and I’m very pleased with there customer service and tire selection, I highly recommend this place !!
So despite NTB being there for us in the past this company gets an EPIC fail. Despite calling to make sure the car was done, when we got there it wasn't. Then they tried to change the price on us and wouldn't follow through on their quote trying to take advantage of my wife. With other tire places around you can bet we won't step foot back at NTB
