Today, I had some work done on my vehicle at this location. I would like to complement "Frances" and "Ted"--both employees greeted me, and they kept me updated about the service of my vehicle. My vehicle was serviced in a timely fashion, and it was returned to me in the same clean fashion. I really appreciate the team's help.
Very solid, no-nonsense place to take any car or truck. Our vehicles are high mileage - we want them maintained correctly but not to be upsold or scared into doing unnecessary things. Chris and his team at NTB/Mavis do a great job explaining what's needed, what's not, and how much it's going to cost. It's easy to make an appointment online and be able to get in and out quickly.They're open on Saturday AND Sunday which is unheard of in Cville.
