NTB was professional, skilled, quick, at a great price. I had two tires plugged, I ended up at NTB because two other joints tried to sell me new tires, NTB didn't play games, they just fixed the leaks. I've ridden on the tires for over 150 miles, no problem. I highly recommend NTB on US 250 near Pantops. I can't vouch for the other NTB in town.
Great service! I was traveling with my children's on a road trip, noticed a tire in my car, and these men were so helpful. AMAZING EXPERIENCE!! My car broke down when I was in Charlottesville for vacation. The towing company recommended NBT and I’m so glad they did. Being from out of town I was stressed and upset, but they were extremely kind and professional. They worked with me to make sure they got me right back on the road and correctly diagnosed the issue, which saved me hundreds of dollars. I highly recommend them!
Used NTB for a flat tire repair and they did the work quickly. Recently, a minor issue with the repair work came up and I took the car back. The people there were super friendly and accommodating - offering to fix the issue straight away. Will def go back to them the next time I need tire work.
