RecommendedI highly recommend NTB on Rio Road. The crew there went above and beyond for our family on an extremely stressful day! My husband had a bad flat in Ruckersville that would have been a blowout if he hadn't noticed it and didn't have a spare. Always a pleasant experience at this particular store. Excellent customer service provided by the service managers. Honest and fair shop to do business with mechanics perform at a very high skill level.
My fiancé and I always take our cars to this Merchant's because you always do great work and don't try to upsell us on anything.
The crew did a great job and everyone was vary nice and helpful.it's the only garage I go to.
