Not a good experience. Took car in for tires and oil change, they forgot oil change and gave free coupon for oil change at later date. Brought car back for power steering pump and the oil change. Told cost would be $280. They broke another reservoir while replacing pump, (not my words but theirs), charged me for it, and failed to give free oil change. $410 later I have car.
This was my first experience with NTB, and I was left with a very favorable impression. Not only were my new tires reasonably priced, but as luck would have it my fuel pump failed when I was dropping my truck off. Your employees "went the extra mile" and effected the repair quickly and for a reasonable price. Considering this occurred on a Sunday afternoon I was amazed that they were able to do the repairs by the close of the business day. Good Job Guys. Thank You, Steve Ellis, Sartell Mn
