RecommendedI was heading to Indian Land to pick up food and noticed my tire had 9 lbs of air in my tire. I called to see if I could stop in and have it checked because they would be closing in 30 minutes. They were nice enough to let me stop in. I had my take out with me and they were okay with me eating while I waited. They even generously plugged my tired at no charge. I’m always a very laid back and understanding person but this was ridiculous. Literally waited 2 hours for a freaking oil change because they didn’t realize I WAS IN THE WAITING ROOM EVEN THOUGH THE GIRL ANNIE ASKED ME IF I WAS GOING TO WAIT AND I SAID YES!!! they said they tried to call me but they didn’t even try. Do not go to this NTB. They damaged my wheels in front of my face but are now making me go through a whole process with a third party because they won’t admit fault. They are claiming I brought the wheels damaged when I watched the lady drop them flat on their face in front my eyes. Everyone in the entire shop turned their head and looked at her then looked at me. Then when I returned to get my other wheels it’s was chipped in four places and scrubbed from the technician not knowing it was a reverse mount wheel. I’ve definit... read more

They suck. They use scare tactics and exaggeration of issues to drum up more business!!!
Visited the Indian Land location night for a slow leak in a tire. Staff was friendly. and accommodating and took the time to explain our options. Thanks NTB!
