Oil change in my fleet vehicle 1 hour 33 minuets!! Good thing I had an appointment. He said we checked it out really good.....Valvoline Express Care Merritt Dr only takes 10-12 minuets and you don’t even have to get out of your vehicle.
If I could leave zero stars, I would. We went in for a simple oil change and they tell me my oil valve cover gasket is leaking and my van is leaking oil out of the bottom. We didn't have the money to fix the same day so we brought my van home. We have just bought a new construction house on 12/21 and my driveway was spotless. After we come home it was littered in oil spots. I know they did something to mess up my van at that appointment and they said we can't get even an oil change until we get it fixed. Extremely professional as well as lightening fast!
Had a complete air conditioner rebuild done this weekend on my daughters car. Darren and Casey were as professional as one would expect under these conditions. They gave me the bad news in a polite manner and went over all our options. After deciding on a step by step course of actions they kept me totally in the loop (unlike other shops that rip people off) as to what was happening, getting my approval to continue to the next step. I was out of town and had to get my tire patched, I set there over 2 hours waiting on them to patch the tire. They had many workers there just standing and walking around. If I had known of another place I would have left. Slow Slow Slow. At least the tire is still up and I got home, would not recommend NTB if they are all like Greensboro's
