This is the second one we have been to. The first one we went too, put the wrong oil filter on. The one we went today, the manager was good. But didn't tell us after the oil change was finished. We would have to wait until the cabin filter was delivered. I can do that. Then when they where backing our vehicle out, they forgot to take down the safety chain. Backed into it, then took it down. Told the employee that I will look for damage. He said ok, like he could have cared less. Don't go to these places.

Had no appointment for alignment had to wait, but I get it. Once they took it back it was done quickly. My 2015 ford escape drives like a new car. Being in the service indrustry I saw Chad the manager deal with a very rude customer with the highest level of professionalism. I felt bad for him, but he handled it very well..I will be telling everyone about the experience. You made a customer for life
Iv never in my life waited so long to get an oil change and it still didn't get done. Dropped my Tahoe off at roughly 4:00 and at 6:00 I called and they said they hadn't gotten to it. So I told them if they didn't get to it within the next hour I'd just come and pick it up. So after almost 4 and 1/2 hours of waiting I went to the store to find that my Tahoe still had not been touched. When I dropped off my vehicle I told him I'd need it back within an hour or so.
