messed up my car never again

worse experience I ever had . very rude and disrespectful manager . tried to make me feel like I didn't know what was wrong with my car because I am a woman. never will go there again.
I was very pleased with my oil change & the time it took (very quick)! The salesperson that helped ring me up recommended tires (because they were bald)... he was kind enough to print out an estimate so I could discuss w/ my husband...We made an appointment 2 days later, & dropped off in late morning on Saturday...my husband & I went to run errands while I got 4 new tires, balanced & aligned and had my car back by mid to late afternoon as promised. Perfectly timed!
Thanks to Darren, Matt and the others at NBT for always taking care of my truck and looking out for me!
