NTB could not look at our tire with a nail in it on Sunday until Monday! They do not get the concept of an emergency �! The manager told us to go AAA best thing I did all day. In my day it was forbidden to run down work, when did that change.
Good professional staff. Keeps customer in the loop when car is in the shop being serviced. I'm a retired master tech and I know good service when I see it. Highly recommend this shop.
I went for my rotation and balance before a long trip and also to check out a tire pressure light. Turns out I had picked up a nail! The tire was patched and I was on my way to prepare for my safe Thanksgiving travels!
