Want to give a shout out to this NTB location for going the extra mile with customer service. After a disappointing experience at the Short Pump location, I drove to the 3000 W. Broad St. location and was taken care of immediately. I had bought tires at this location in May and needed to have the rear tires rebalanced. Figuring that I should be able to get service at any NTB given it's a national chain, I went to the Short Pump location as it is considerably closer to my home. They are SO HELPFUL!!! If you have any tire troubles they are the best!! Davis helped me and got me 2 new tires ASAP!!
