this place is trash and takes advantage of young women
Absolutely the worst customer service experience you will ever have. The hire inexperienced workers and the management is horrible. I would not recommend any location for NTB. I could give more details but not wasting anymore time

Bad business practices with Mike's daughter
DONT DO YOUR BUSINESS HERE!!!! My young daughter went here for a $19 oil change and left with $356.22 in UNAUTHORIZED charges! They totally took advantage of her being a young girl. And Jim the manager was unprofessional and rude, when I called to question the repair. Told me I was out of luck.
