Went in to get new tires and check front end alignment. The tire are fine but three days later the front end of the van collapsed. the front lower control arm, ball joint and axel shaft were broken. This happened in a parking lot just before we were to get on the highway. We could have been killed. I have a computer print out of what NTB did to service my front end.
