New treads for the bus! The manager John Chaplin has been a real pleasure to work with and helped tremendously this morning. Got my vehicle in right away, and also got a great price for my tires. I very much recomend NTB in Beaufort. I will definitely be back for other work in the future!
They over tightened the lug bolts on my 2003 Volkswagen Jetta. They rounded over instead of loosing when I got a flat tire. I had to wait hours for a tow truck with my infant son.
Service and customer service is horrible. Won't EVER go back again. They were rude, and blamed the car issue on ME! They give certain discounts for Veterans, but I would still rather give my business to someone else.
Went there today to have them check alignment and balance on tires. After sitting there 4 hours, they finished. They charged me for the alignment but not to rotate and balance the tires. Left there and noticed the steering wheel was about 10° to the right, it was straight when I got there. They drove it to check and then fixed. They decided to reimburse me the full amount for the alignment. Great customer service but really lacking in the waiting room area.
bad service, I have had to go back twice to alignment, and customer service is not careful not responsible
The service Corey provided was excellent! From the moment I called all through the service he was exceptional! Only wish he had been there when my car was completed so I could personally thank him! So, here is a shout out to you Corey, thank you so much for the excellent customer service you provided! I would recommend Beaufort NTB to anyone! Sorry, I don't know the mechanics name, he as well was great! So give him a thank you as well!
