I called at 10:30am they told me they had a set of 4 tires in stock. Even put me on hold to check...Told them I would be over and they set appointment. I got there and they did not have tires that I wanted. They tried to sell me some crappy ones that compared in price to ones I called about or I could upgrade to ones that were better and more expensive....I left and ultimately did get the better tires elsewhere but because they had bad business ethics which seemed a little bait and switch to me... I went to the one on Central and Diversey. I have been there before for tires last year. They are under new management and the customer service is horrible. Do your research before you go in and check online for coupons or rebates.
These people do false advertisement they offer you one price over the phone and when you get there they charge you differently there is a coupon online that says you are supposed to get your tire rotation when they change your oil and I got my oil change with no tire rotation when they charge me they charge me more than what they are told me it was going to be I will never go back to this place and I will never recommend it to no body
Just had the worst customer service at NTB in Bolingbrook. We are long time, frequent customers there Last week I made an appointment for an oil change. When I got there, I was told they were running "a little bit" behind. I asked what that meant, and he said "about an hour". I asked if I could come back in an hour, and I was told then it would be even longer! What's the point of making an appointment? I was told I was "lucky" because he promised he would get me in "today" (this was at 11:30AM). Other people were being told ... read more
