Nathan was extremely helpful to me with short notice. I came to the shop with an unusual noise coming from my tire, and he checked the condition of all four wheels and helped me make the decision to replace them same day. I didn’t know how far gone they were, and I appreciate him taking the time to show me any issues with my car and the freedom to make choices about what to fix without pressure.
I made an appointment about 2 weeks ago for today. I love a half hour away. Was recommended I go here. I arrive at my appointment time and was told they don’t have a lot of technicians today and that they were hoping I could come back either another time in the day or reschedule. I don’t understand why I simple phone call to inform me of their situation could have happened. I took time out of work for this and drove to the appointment.
