They may be good at service. But they are truly unprofessional. Mr. Mark M is a shame on manager class. Other guys are nice.
This group of employees is top notch. Great Customer Service willing to explain and help get you to feel comfortable about visiting here.
We recently replaced tires at this location. Very professional and fast service. I was pleased with the cost.
Save ur money, stay away! Checked our breaks, said we needed new front breaks for $650!! Family friends mechanic out of town looked and said breaks were fine! But, we were having grinding b/c of a cracked CV joint. Fixed this and replaced burned out sensor for under $150!! NTB didn't check for the problem, just wanted to fix what we suggested. I also called Pep Boys in Snellville too, they quoted $200-$300 depending on the shape of the rooters. I'll never go back to NTB!!!
