shocking service got 4 new tires car undriveable on freeway - tires were not balanced (i imagine they never told me the issue when in went to get their mistake fixed which took an additional hour and a half ). drove home and noticed hood was not shut properly !!!! wierd they also lost the mitsubishi wheel but attachment TERRIBLE

Worst experience possible with a tire company ever! Not just here to whine, but to give some insight to future first time customers. I bought a Mustang in March and decided to switch rims and tires so I brought it up to NTB and purchased some sumitomo’s. Few months later I notice a loud squeak coming from the front left wheel. Don’t have anything to do with the tire installation, but the guys there were very friendly so I came to have them look at it. Terrible customer service. Associate provides misleading information while they try to make you pay for tires that have production errors.
Would definitely recommend them. They were very reassuring and helpful!
I had a nail in my tire this morning and took my car to NTB right by our office. They fixed it in less than 10 minutes and refused to let me pay them. They said they are doing puncture repairs for free because of all the debris in the roads from the flooding. It’s just another story of our community pulling together and people doing even the small things that make a difference in peoples’ lives.
Had a flat tire that they could not find leak, replaced valve stem! No charge super friendly and courteous team!
Apparently, NTB can no longer install stock tires on corvettes. I was told that they "do not want to accept the liability that comes with installing such large tires ". What liability? The same liability that comes with installing any other stock tire? When asked about that scenario... I was told "the machine is broken". Well I guess my love for NTB is broken as well. Good bye.
