Being a female dropping off a vehicle to a shop to trust them not to screw you over can be a very scary thing. Luckily, I know enough about vehicles for me to not be too scared if I have a shop do an oil change if I don't feel like doing it myself. Rude service and 3 hour wait with an appointment for 1 tire and alignment. Go anywhere else, ANYWHERE. Wife's family has an account and has utilized the location in Cedar Park for years. This experiance has convinced them to drop the account and they have moved to another provider.
Rude people. I’m older and female alone so I guess they think I’m stupid and gullible. They refused to rotate my top of the line Michelin tires with less than 50,000 miles on them and said they needed replacing. Went to get other opinions from Discount and Fullers. Tires had more than enough tread left, drove on them for another year. Will never use them or recommend them.
I had such a positive experience at NTB, Lloyd Christmas was very helpful and answered all of my questions regarding my purchase. Yes his last name is really Christmas!
We waited an hour and half for them to replace our car battery. The price was ok.
I had super service and Lloyd was very helpful.
After a 2 hour wait at discount tire I called they got me in and we're able to repair the tire. Thank you so much!
