The NTB location in Lilburn on Highway 78 is a RIPOFF!!! I purchased tires as a birthday present for my boyfriend, who also happens to be a Vet and former K-9 officer. The day before my purchase, they showed him the tires he wanted and the tires they said they would mount. The next day they mounted different tires and wanted to charge him over $100 to put his tires back on. Bait and switch. Deception. Had a really tiny nail in one of my EXPENSIVE tires and I had bought Life Time Repair coverage when I got the tires from NTB ..So I took it in to get it fixed ,, So I was told well where the nail is a PATCH would not hold , So I said just "PLUG the tire !" .. Oh No we do not plug tires you will have to buy a new EXPENSIVE tire because we cant fix that Tire ,and you did not buy ROAD HAZARD coverage .Since I was close to COSTCO I stopped in there and asked them if they would PLUG my tire .. in a matter of less than 30 minutes ... read more
