I’m so disappointed! I needed to replace a leaking tire and my husband was actually going to buy a full set of tires for my car. However, when we got there, no one was at the front desk to help us and we stood in the lobby for a long time and not once did anyone even come out to see if they could help. We went down the street to a competitor and probably spent more than we would have with NTB but these people actually came to greet us right away and help. came in for an oil change.they said 45minutes. its been over 2 hours&they. ant get the filter off. Oriellys brought the wrong tool& the bad part is theyre the ones who changed my oil last time. when i asked what was taking so long they said theyre trying to get the filter off but i can see into the shop& nobdy is trying to get the filter off.nobody is near my car at all. ughhhh...i got kids at home i need to get to.
I just brought my car there to get the a/c check and the guy put the wrong thing in my coolant then he added water then when I spoke to the original guy I was there with the other day told me they do not have a certified licensed AC technician there anymore. So why would you look at someone's AC unit if you don't have anybody that is certified. I will never ever go back here again and I will never ever recommend them to anybody. And it was all under a warranty protection plan hopefully they didn't f*** it up
Jason was great. I came in at closing with a flat to replace the tire. They had the tire and I was prepared to pay to replace it. They surprised me by repairing my tire instead of charging me for a new one. Honesty is rare these days. I really appreciate it! Great customer service!
Brought my truck in for a break job. The manager stood there and bashed a local repair shop for there quality. We turns out his is NO BETTER! The tech who worked on my truck wasn't trained well enough or couldn't stop talking to others long enough to see that my caliper was going bad, that the pistons were too far out. Couple of miles later, I am stranded with smoke coming out from under my truck because of a seized caliper. And here's the best part....they won't cover the repair bill.
