Recommendedthe guys at NTB on Sunset Hills in Reston, Va were really great in helping me out, especially Dave who I spoke to. When another service station could not handle my oil change they stepped it up and looked into the situation and did the change for me. their patience and understanding in my frustration really meant a lot and they helped get this done as quickly as possible so I could handle important business they were the best!
*UPDATE#2*Now they have accused me of fraud**UPDATE* They claim taking your car to be fixed after they make it worse absolves them of any liability!** I took my car here several times and trusted them to do the work. Turns out that they created more problems than they fixed. Cracked the plenum, controller for high pressure fuel pump, used RTV putty to install water distribution pipe, installed wrong o-rings, attached intake manifold flap backwards... Erik and the team at the Reston, VA NTB provided the best customer service and amazing turn around. First, Erik helped us when we needed to buy a battery since I was learning to change it myself. He suggested a tool that really helped. When the truck still didn’t start, Erik was encouraging about bringing it in to take a look and helpful with the tow guy and drop off. After seeing me prepare to jack up my car in heels and work clothes at the 711 next door, one of the employees offered to switch out my flat tire for free! I didn't catch his name but I just wanted to say thank you! I'll definitely be coming back to get new tires!!
