THE CUSTER LOCATION IN MCKINNEY, TX IS TERRIBLE: went to this location today Sat. July 11th 2020 and HAD TO CALL THE POLICE. It’s a great place to get car done
It never fails I bought my tires from discount tire and something always happens on Sunday’s when they are closed. Ntb will get my tire business going forward staff was friend and thoughtful. Repairs at no cost to me big screw in rear tire so going forward next four will be coming from store that is open 7 days a week. Location is very clean too. Thanks
Don't leave the oil cap off post oil change would be a great place to start. Especially after this consumer purchases a new tire and front end alignment upon your "crack staff's" recommendation.
This shop is very incapable of completing a simple repair job. My truck was taken in on Monday at 7am and then my drive shaft was destroyed. I was told Monday afternoon that a new drive shaft was ordered from a Ford house and would be here Wednesday. We have gotten no update and now it's Wednesday at 4pm and I call to get an update. I call and get told they are going to go to a junk yard and find the part to put under my truck! Are you kidding me? Nail obviously in the flat part of tread. Yet they won't patch it. What a scam place. Should have gone to discount tire. Mark adds on all possible add-ons waste of money and 2 hours of my life. If I could make this review worse I would. Total jail rape for a repairable tire. NEVER WILL NTB get my business again.
