Wish I could give them a zero review. I got brand-new tires two days ago and got a nail in one. I put the spare on, but I really didn't want to drive on it for a 2-hour trip. I stopped at NTB and took my car right away. They told me they were unable to patch my brand-new tire because of the location. I bought the tire after being pressured, and they refused to return my tire until I demanded my other tire.
