It was OK, not as good as the service I usually receive...I went to get a Oil Change on the 19th Oct - Friday. I smelled something burning...figured some oil has spilled on the engine. I did not drive it again until a day later, and still smelled something burning... So, I pulled over and lifted the hood, and the oil cap was sitting on the engine, the technician had forgot to put the cap back on and oil had splashed on the engine. Jackson and Billy are very professional, knowledgeable, patient and courteous~thanks to you both for answering allll my questions, on the phone and in person! Thank you Billy for finding the part that we needed to unlock our lug nuts. We lost our specific part and if he hadn't come to our aid, we would not have our new tires on our car today. Had an oil change tires rotated balanced and an alignment done. Also had a nail in my tire they spotted and fixed it also Awesome job for Battleground Av store
The customer service and the quality of work are always extraordinary at this shop.
I came to get an oil change at NTB and found out that the Graham Valvoline had stripped the oil drain plug. While Chris and I are waiting for the new plug to come from NAPA, the manager comes and tells me that not only do I not have to pay for the new plug but that he's comping the oil change because of the wait on the part from NAPA. We have had nothing but excellent customer service up until this point and of course, that made the experience even better. I would definitely recommend NTB to anyone.
