Horrible, deceptive, always costs more than quote.
I drop my car off at 830am for an oil change. When i come back at 2pm to pick it up William tells me he didnt change my oil because my oil is too dirty and changing it my damage my engine. he said he pulled it in a few minutes after i left but didnt have time to call me. Really? in the 5.5 hours you had my car you didnt have time to make a 2 minute phone call? when i walked in he and another employee were just standing there. Wow, lost a customer for life. Not only are you overpriced, you give out 2 different prices, don't stand by the price quoted or match Goodyear. Wet from $1193, to $890, Goodyear was $768 installed. Asked to meet in the middle, manager comes back and says not sure where he got $890 from it's $1193. Good luck staying in business.
Terrible. Tried to sell a timing belt change to my wife for $1100 on a 3 year old car with 50k when she only brought it in for new tires. Anyone even casually familiar with cars knows this is absurd. Avoid, as there are so many other tire options in the area.
The service I receive here is outstanding! The team is very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful! I wouldn't want to go anywhere else!
