I live in Fort Worth and was in the area today for a drs appointment. I realized I needed a state inspection and called NTB Custer/121 to see how long of a wait they had. I spoke with Shon who was very polite and explained everything to me putting my mind and questions at ease. went to this location today Sat. July 11th 2020 and HAD TO CALL THE POLICE. I called yesterday the 10th and spoke with Avery for a combined estimated 30mins. He was very kind and said "he can price match". I quotes him a price for NEW TIRES I found on eBay and to make me a happy 1st time customer he would honor and beat the price PLUS MOUNT AND BALANCE. I have brought my vehicles to Shon (new manager - custer location) for years. My lastest was my wifes car. Both Shon and his mechanic Mitch went above and beyond in taking care of it
