Tire ran flat...one of the closest places open. Near closing time, of all times a tire can run flat. I was determined that i was not going to be driving on my spare or wake up to a flat in the morning. Super helpful and extremely personable. Thank you so much for today!
I had a great experience when the gentleman who have worked in shop took my car for the inspection and let me know it was going be about 30 minutes well he came back and apologize saying that they were short handed and that they will get on car right way since it was next. Also while waiting he did offer my family to go next door to eat breakfast but we decided to stay and wait for my car to be fixed. Thanks NTB for your service and I will recommend your location to my family and friends.
Ran over a large screw, these guys immediately pulled my car in, fixed the tire while I grabbed a cup of Joe, charged me nothing for the service - outstanding!
This is BY FAR the best NTB I've ever been to. I have my company car serviced about once a quarter, and I now drive over 45 minutes to this location for service, because they're always super friendly and helpful. I've had one too many bad experiences at other service places that I don't consider going anywhere but here. I really trust these guys, especially the manager, Austen.
