on 9\\11 Arrived 30 minutes early asked about the tires that were being installed and the only answer I could get was yea they good. After telling me the car needs an alignment I agreed and then it was It needs rear pads that it was metal on metal seemed odd because only have 35k miles on the car . Told them to cancel all and let me get a second opinion. Too late after they came back said they had already completed the alignment charged me the $100 not sure if that was true or not. I’m like so upset 🙄.. I went to National Tire and Battery for one thing. I left thinking that everything was fix. My car was even driving smoother. Now it’s raining like cats and dog this morning and NOW my steering wheel is acting crazy and shaking while I’m driving. Then my yellow triangle hazard light with the exclamation point inside of it comes on. This is the exact same reason why I stopped going to pep boys in Killeen. I felt like when I go in the for an issue it’ll get fix but then something else ends up being wrong... read more
Had a 7am appointment this morning for 4 new tires and alignment. I was the 1st person at the location and at 8:50 I asked an employee why is it other cars in the bay being worked on in mine isn't yet? His reply was your key is in the car you can take it if you want. Never in a million years been treated that way before.
Shop doesn’t great work. They are careful about removing the tire so they don’t scratch the rim. They even use black weights if you have black rims. Sometimes it takes longer than they say, but I’m willing to wait if they do quality work.
I have purchased well over $10,000.00 worth of tires from NTB over the years and always had great service from the store in Carrollton at Trinity Mills and the team over there. Unfortunately I live 3 minutes away from the store in Grand Prairie on Camp Wisdom. I have been there a few times now and have never had the same great service I receive from the Carrollton store.
