Waiting for ever finally got in for tires only to find out they didn't have wat they thought so no apologies nothing broke 4 of wheel studs putting them back on
7/14/2025 One week later no resolution. No one from management has reached to rectify their short comings. Poor customer service. I’m sitting waiting 10 minutes for someone to put air in my tire. Some else drives up and they put air in her tires. Thank you Big Os. Discount tires has all my future business.
These people don't use Groupon like they say they do. A guy Thomas will quote you a specific quote and then when you go in for that price they say it's another Thomas that works there. Maybe I should have got had that in writing since they switch up all the time.
