Broke my car sensor as changing tire. Then refused to fix it ( even refused to check it when I went as they said we are not trained to do it). Then when I place it at the dealer, they refuse to pay it for me. Very bad service and not worse ruining ur car except if already old and damaged
RecommendedThe NTB at Glenwood and Duraleigh is excellent. The staff is professional, the mechanics are quick and knowledgeable. I will definitely have my car serviced there again, if it needs it.
Purchased battery and they INSTALLED IT WRONG. Do not recommend as it was a Nightmare! Car died on me more than 3 times and due to battery causing this mess, alternator died. Go somewhere else, people.
We had an appointment at 11, we dropped the car at 10:30. All we needed was one tire to be patched. I called at 1 because we didn't hear anything and they told us that they haven't checked the car yet and they were going to do it right now. At 3 i drove over and the car was on the lift and they told us 15 more minutes. The car was done at 3:45. There are way too many tire shops around it that will get my future business.
We needed two new tires and were told a 2 hour way to finish the job. 2 1/2 hours later they had not start on our car. Finally almost 4.5 hours later it was finished but, drove off and heard very loud noise from new tires. Turned out the weights were too close to our brake clips and bent the clips bad to where it was hitting the calibers! I have seen a 100 % turn around in the store that I patronize. Customer service , quality of service, knowledge of products has all reached a superior level. Please keep up the good work, because at one time, I was considering finding another company to service my car.
i've been taking my cars to Raleigh Merchant Tire locations for oil changes. Recently, with the car was on the rack for an oil change/tire rotation, was informed my front axel CV boot was breaking down, recommended replacement or else jeopardize the axel bearings and more. Received a quote of $500+ dollars to replace both front axels including damaged CV boots. I passed, contacted my reliable mechanic whom beat their quote by $200 with a life time guarantee.
