My experience with NTB Mill Run, Hilliard Ohio could not have been better. I was greeted and served promptly and in and out sooner than expected. Great service by Dominic, very professional and knowledgeable of services. Bart was great by spending time chatting with me while I waited. My Porsche is my prized possession, I only let people I know work on it. This location treats it with the care that it deserves and that I demand. They put four Michelins on it and I got a $50 mail in rebate for using the NTB Card. I paid nothing and people all around my neighborhood have commented on how nice my Porsche looks with Michelin tires on it. 5 Stars.
Auto garages are tough places to deal with, this place is very nice and comfortable. I needed to get a lot of work done. They took the time to show me everything and I felt informed by the time I said yes to the sale.
This is a great shop with professional service. I really enjoy the work they do. The team is honest and do great work.
