Constant up sell. Took an hour for an oil change with an appointment. My car was clean but their lack of attention is obvious.
So I had been a customer with NTB for at least 10 years or so. About 15 months ago I had to replace my radiator ($780+) and within 2 months it went bad and NTB replaced it because it was still under warranty. I had to of course pay for added items they did not replace the first time (hose and labor). Well 13 months later the radiator is leaking again. So I took it in and the said I need to have it replaced but it is no longer under warranty and they can not tell me what caused the radiator to go bad in 13 months. So I need t... read more

Came in to get my tires rotated, they tried to sell me a break job. Lol freaks
I called for an estimate to install front brake pads on my Rav 4. They told me it would cost over $500. That is over twice the dealer's price. That is totally outrageous for a one axle pad replace. I'm taking it to Pep Boys tomorrow to get it done for $150. I won't waste my time calling ntb again.
I have taken my vehichle in 3 times and every time they try to upsell me on other things and never fix the problem. They state that the repairs I did last time were good and that it is something else this time. Would never recommend this location to anyone I know. Go to Jiffy Lube across the highway for amazing service.
