After having a bad experience here I've been avoiding this place for years until I had to get an oil change done quickly. Now I remember why I despise this location - they make being a customer a PITA. You cannot pay for your service over the phone and pick you vehicle up after hours due to "CC fraud."
Needed new tires had a knot in rear side wall called ahead to ensure they had my tire size in stock. Employee stated they had two brands I could choose from but it would be an hour Before they could get to my vehicle. Waited the hour and they put my vehicle in the bay took the tires off only to find out that they don’t have my tire size in stock. I always have great service at this NTB and it’s the only place I take my car now. George is always very helpful. My car is also taken care of very quickly each time.
I’m so happy I found a place that I can trust to tell me the truth about my vehicle. George and the entire staff have gone above and beyond for me and my family. I will never take my vehicle anywhere else!
Even when George has a day off his staff does an amazing job to get me in and out. He has built a great team . Will back in two weeks with another vehicle
