Kyra and George take care of me and my family like family. Always leave with my vehicle better than it was when dropped off for service. We always get the same treatment if it is a tire repair to tire replacement. Great value . This team are rock stars

After having a bad experience here I've been avoiding this place for years until I had to get an oil change done quickly. Now I remember why I despise this location - they make being a customer a PITA. You cannot pay for your service over the phone and pick you vehicle up after hours due to "CC fraud."
Needed new tires had a knot in rear side wall called ahead to ensure they had my tire size in stock. Employee stated they had two brands I could choose from but it would be an hour Before they could get to my vehicle. Waited the hour and they put my vehicle in the bay took the tires off only to find out that they don’t have my tire size in stock. They put my old defective tires back on with a knot in the side wall, which is clearly a Vdot violation Waste of 2 1/2 hours because an employee did not take the time to ensure that... read more
I always have great service at this NTB and it’s the only place I take my car now. George is always very helpful. My car is also taken care of very quickly each time.
