This Dedham location should be permanently closed. They do not know what customer service is. They are the rudest most ignorant people I've ever encountered in service. George and Leo are the nastiest people ever. Will never return for any service ever to this crappy location.

Went in to get a tire... the old man behind the counter can’t even say hi or be welcoming when you walk ... I had to introduce myself and all I needed was a tire mounted which he made it to be so annoyed.. this guy is rude, will tell everyone to stay away and also since you can barely see it’s location won’t last long away.
Worst customer service ever!!! "Will" should consider working in a prison with people he can appropriately treat like shit vs. any job in customer service. Just went in to get prices and possible service date for four new tires and I was flat out DENIED!! Probably a good indication of the quality of work done there! Thanks for saving me future headaches! I'll take my business elsewhere and tell all my friends to do the same!
