I took my car to the NTB in Dublin OH because all 4 of my tires needed air due to the drastic temperature drop today and the tire pressure sensors went off. The guy who “put” air in my tires said oh you have metal caps and I can’t get one of them off. He put absolutely no air in my tires and left all of the caps loose. He also told me that he could not try to take the cap off without possibly breaking the stem and having to put it up on the lift. As long as live in the Columbus area, I will only visit NTB on Tuttle Crossing. They always take care of us.
I scheduled online for same day new tires. I was a few minutes early, but they were ready for me. Very nice & professional!! My car was totally done in an hour - no upselling, no problems. I paid exactly what was shown online. Absolutely thrilled �
The work was done on time and in a straightforward fashion. I was very pleased.
They were great. We stopped in with a flat tire on our way to Pennsylvania. Got us in and out quick!
