RecommendedPhenomenal. Driving from Indianapolis to Pittsburg and my tire belt goes out. Both employees were helpful and very nice. Fixed my issue and I’m back on the road with a smooth driving car in about 45 minutes. If I lived in the area, this would be my one stop shop!

We’ve used them several times throughout the years. My last visit was great. I purchased new tires from them with the full warranty. One of my tires was getting low. I also noticed that my breaks seemed to be struggling some. They fixed the tire and dislodged one of my sticking break pads for FREE. Now my breaks work and my tire holds air. Great service!

This place is as crooked and dishonest as they come! A friend went in to have a tire repaired today. His TPMS valve stem was cracked and leaking air. All he wanted was to have a plain old rubber valves stem installed. His TPMS system hasn't worked for over a year. The technician there said that it was a federal crime to replace the sensor with a non TPMS stem. Just a minute amount of research will tell you that this is a lie. Used to like this place, but 4 times in for one tire repair that ended up with me missing one lug for a wheel and ironically my wheel bearing failed on only that wheel during. Now an expensive repair.
Never go to NTB, especially if you are a woman! I went there last week since I had a coupon for an oil change and tire rotation. When they were finished, they called me and told me by brake pads were "cutting into" my rotors and that it would be a $450 repair. Thankfully, I discussed this with my husband before giving NTB a decision and my husband said he'd do them himself. Tonight, my brakes checked out to be perfectly fine. I went to NTB (Canal Winchester) today and needed to get a tire fixed (tire was losing air). Keep in mind I have bought several sets of tires from this place as well as taken my vehicles here for repair in the past. There was one car in the lot and atleast 4 open bays and several staff standing around. I was told to bring it back tomorrow, because they were expecting 6 vehicles in within the next hour or so.
