NTB on Savannah HWY had a 3-hour wait for an oil change on Wednesday. They recommend that I make an appointment. So I made an appointment for 3 the next day. When I arrived they asked me if I could reschedule. I said not really as I really needed to do this yesterday and it's why I made the appointment. when I asked them how long the wait would be they told me there was no way until 4:30.... an hour and a half after my appointment!!! 😲😯🤬🙄 if you can't keep an appointment, don't make them! I'll go somewhere else.
RecommendedI had a lil bit of a bad experience but that was due to very slow service today!! 2:20 min for an oil change and rotation with balancing.. but the manager Bobby was very precessional and did his best to keep all customers satisfied and happy!! But the shop crew needs to pick the pace up a bit for sure
These people have the absolute worst attitudes. Go anywhere but here.
Your staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They are always helpful. After having my tires rotated and balanced, my Durango is running like a dreadm
Rip OFF!! Went to have tire patched and was told the screw went in at an angle that couldn't be fixed. Requested that damaged tire be loaded in my vehicle. Took this tire to another tire shop that said it could have easily and safely been fixed. Took me for a new $200 tire. Location on Savannah Highway in West Ashley that was formerly Tire Kingdom.
