RecommendedI walked in with and emergency and no appointment. They said I’d have to wait. Then my bad day got worse, not only did they not have ANY tires that would fit my car? No other stores had any either. Except 1 in Waldorf Md. Instead of waiting for the tires to be transferred an NTB associate volunteered and drove in the rain and traffic to bring them to me so I wouldn’t be there all day. I can’t say enough about how NTB associates made my bad luck day so much better.
I dropped my vehicle off at 0740 to replace all four tires...I called at 3pm and they informed me that the tires arrived at 2pm....6:30pm still no call and they close at 7pm...I walk over from my hotel and they are just starting to work on it...8:30pm still no car - WTH!!!!! Unless you have alot of time, I would avoid this place. ***Note: they did stay after working hours to finish the job!
Took a very long time to get new tires especially when I called in advance. It just seemed like they were not organized as a team. Maybe I just caughtthem on a bad day.
I had nothing less than a wonderful experience at the NTB on Terminal Rd in Lorton VA. Everyone was extremely nice and helpful! I recommend if you are looking for a place to go for alignments, this is the place to go!!! They explain everything for you and everyone had a smile on there face! I will definitely be going back!
Professional people!! They always take care of my car needs and never rip me off or give me crazy $2000 price quotes. Highly recommended!!
Took more than 4 hours to do oil change told me 1 hour never use this company again bad business
