I have taken my cars here for years However in the last year it has taken 3 hours out of my day EVERY TIME I have gone to this location. Each time it has been for services that should only take 20 minutes tops (oil change, tire plug, alignment, tire rotation). It did not seem to matter whether I had an appointment or not. Much improvement needed.

Customers BEWARE: This location damaged my mother's car and they refuse repair the damages!!!! She went in for a tire replacement and they damaged the driver side door to the point that it could not be CLOSED!!! No one should have to experience this, but I think they are horrible for treating a my mother like this!! DO NOT GO TO THIS GARAGE FOR ANYTHING!
had a 12 noon appt to rotate and balance my tires and at 2:30 - still here. worse experience ever. slow moving staff
I just have to say that there aren’t many places these days that care about their customers the way NTB does. The guys know their stuff. It’s not just a job to them. I have never had any problems with them. They are all extremely nice and go out of their way and above and beyond to help their customers and they deserve to be recognized for it especially in today’s world. NTB as a whole is a good company, but this store in particular will be where I go for the rest of my life.
This NTB is the best,they are reasonable +they have never done more than was needed on our vehicles.I would recommend them to all my family + friends.They are better than any one else we have used since we have been here in Georgia
I spent almost 5 hours there waiting on what should have been a 2.5 hour job. Short staffed and a tool that was needed. Over all, they got the job done and the manager and staff were great but there should have been a second person working the counter because the mechanic working on my car needed a second set of hands and no one was available to help, I could have helped him but was unable due to insurance reasons but a lot of time wasted waiting for manager to take care of customers while I was waiting for my car to be fini... read more
