Someone that works there or in corporate must have written the previous review in attempt to make NTB seem reputable. The experience there was a NIGHTMARE! It was the worst experience in my life at a Mechanic!!! My brake job was 6 hours. The front desk girl ,the black girl upfront named NIKKI tried to overcharge me for parts till I made her check around for cheaper parts!! Still was overpriced!!! She simply double the cost of labor.
