Great experience the first time no issues customer service was great when I took my 96 impala. I took my 2012 sequoia to get new tires and alignment, they didn’t not do a good job with my alignment took it in twice and no good out come. I took it to another shop and they had no issue doing my alight and getting it dialed in. Don’t get me wrong the customer service was great still but just disappointed that I want able to get everything done at one place.
BigOTires employees proved excellent customer service. I recommend going with them, went to purchase 4 new tires for my scion tc. I appreciate it!
I had tire with a nail on it, they helped me get the new tire and even stayed late to help me patch the other one. They are love savers the customer service was amazing
Found my tires faster than stated and I was in and out in no time. Included a military discount! Thank you and I'll bring my other vehicles with me.
