Wished they had surger to go with The coffee ☕️ they offered. The coffee Was not strong tasting. Service was fine.
The first time I visited Big O's, I was a little hesitant, but the staff was friendly and courteous. They explained what they were going to do to my car in a way that was easy for me to understand. The following two visit was easier, I was not anxious and was very pleased with the price of the services they were going to perform. I had appointment this time. Alfred was waiting for me we went over what they were going to do to my car. And he kept me up with what was going on with my car and if it needed something else he call to let me know . I will always go back there my car is running awesome. And he recommended that I get to back tires that I really didn’t them for the wheel alignment so I got them and it runs good
