Geez. This is the location that has started the “you will now learn how disfunctional this company operates”. Set an appt. told me I would have to wait 90 minutes before they would touch my car. Horrible experience. Never go there again.
My son took his Tundra in a month ago and he got a set of 4 tires. They told him he had a bent tie rod end. I said take it across the street to Galleria Goodyear. Mathew at Galleria Goodyear told me I need a bolt and alignment. Today I went in for a 9:00 appointment and my tires went there. They said give me an hour, 2 hours later my tires are There. I tell Joel of my issues and the most he will do for my troubles is give me my Mail in rebate immediately. I tried to keep this off the internet, but his lack of any remorse sho... read more
Everytime I go here’s it’s a Laundry list of problems. They are not in a hurry to do anything. Making an appointment is a joke.
I have had a really, really bad experience with another NTB location, but Dan, Joel, and the team at the Hoover location went above and beyond to rectify my previous experiences. I appreciate the efforts of all and hope if anyone else has had a bad experience to reach out and give them another chance.
Took my car in for a simple oil change, left and my car immediately started smoking. Took it back up the next day and said there was something wrong with my “sensors” and said it was just a coincidence. After having my mechanic friend look at it they DRAINED MY TRANSMISSION FLUID AND DOUBLE FILLED MY OIL. Will be contacting the store and corporate. And the men who “helped” me will be reported.
