We purchased new tires here. Immediately throughout the week the right tire kept losing 5 lbs every two days. We made an appointment to have them check what might be the issue and when we arrived for it two hours after making said appointment they said they were to busy to see us. We insisted they check and so they sprayed the stem with water and said it was probably from how the temperature fluctuates the measurement(we both have been driving for more than 4 decades we know how tire pressure works in cold and hot weather). ... read more
Every time I come here I need to come back and get my vehicle myself because they're not proactive about calling me when the work is done. Also I asked for a quote for work the technician recommended but they forgot to include it. It was going to be overpriced anyway but you'd think they would remember to provide a quote for potentially more business...
the process is very efficient. they answer phone calls and provide me a quote quickly. tire replacement was done within the expected time frame.
Omar did a great job checking my battery! Timely service, great staff.
