Would not go back. Went in for a couple new tires and a replacement rim. Left my car and was told I would receive a tire change or a call back within 2 hrs. 5 hrs later I received a call informing me that they had no rims and could only replace one tire. Absolutely wasted my day being jerked around.
The mechanic that checked my vehicle wasn’t knowledgeable. I went in for a front end check for a simple suspension issue (bushings). He didn’t know what to check and suggested another mechanic. They were disorganized and came across as dishonest.
They checked my tires for me for free! Great customer service
Great experience. Michael Petty was particularly helpful in educating me about the tire buying process. Will definitely return.
