Dreed going to any automotive business but I must say NTB in Humble off the Beltway made the experience a great one! Excellent customer service across the board from the greeting to the goodbye. This place is very clean and has amenities, coffee, water, TV and snacks that you can purchase. I will be going back!!
Let me start with. I had an appointment at nine in the morning on a Saturday and whenever I arrived I checked in and the guy told me to go and take a seat. They will call me when my vehicle is ready after an hour and a half of waiting, I asked the guy at what time my vehicle was gonna be ready because I had two small children with me and they were tired already. 10 minutes later another person comes up to me and tells me that they are so sorry they don’t have my tires at the location that it was going to take two hours more ... read more
