So very pleased today with friendly, professional brake inspection, cleanup and alignment on my Ram 3500 Campervan! John and the crew so very helpful in explaining the issue of brake noise and promptly took care of it for me! Highly recommend thus location and team!

I can’t recommend this place enough! I actually waited to come here rather than go somewhere else that was open on Sunday because I trust them that much. They never make me feel pressured to buy something I don’t need, and I’ve always felt like my car is in good, honest hands. Kyle was exceptional with his service. Gave it to me straight, let me know additional work that they would recommend to get done.. and how to preserve that longevity of my older car.. would highly recommend him and town fair tire of Plainville MA . Updated to my review- after some additional issues with my car I had to come back here. Once again Kyle was absolutely exceptional in helping me navigate the issues! This should count as TWO reviews. He deserves a raise !!
I watched my car sit in the garage for an hour and half without anybody working in it. The mechanic took the tires off my car and would disappear often for 15 minutes at a time. By the time 4 new tires were put on my car, it had been an hour and a half. I then watched this same mechanic swap out 4 tires on a different car and it took him 20 minutes. No explanation was given when asked about this. A 90 minute to 2 hour time was given when I checked in. I was there for three and a half hours.
