Tyler and Declan were fabulous from the moment my husband and I entered the store until we left. I ended up needing 4 new tires. Declan's knowledge and attention guided is to the perfect tires for our car and Tyler managed the appointment impeccably and did a thorough recap of status of brakes,etc. We were completely satisfied with our total experience at this TownFair tire, our go to store.
Phenomenal service! Got us in same day for brake service. John was very professional and nice to boot. Don’t see a lot of that in service industry anymore.
Tyler took care of me and gave the best option for taking care of my tires.
Had vehicle towed for a damaged tire. Tyler kept me informed throughout the entire process and was very accommodating. Didn’t try to over sell anything and was thorough.
