This is my second time at this location and I truly enjoyed the experience. Wait time was short and service was quick. Brad was very professional and he gave excellent customer service.

While my experience start off Rocky because of the bad experience I had at another shop. My experience at the university shop was turned around and became went from bad to good to great.
I’ve had a series of unfortunate car troubles this summer and every time I’ve come to this Mavis they’ve been incredibly helpful, recommended solutions rather than tried to upcharge me, and have kept me coming back. As someone new to the city, I was worried about coming to a mechanic I didn’t know or yet trust, but the folks here have earned my trust and made me a loyal Mavis customer. Absolutely recommend stopping by.
