Incompetent workers who not only fail to tell you they broke one of your lug nuts but also fail to get anything done in a timely manner. One of the absolute worst experiences, manager was a total pain failing to communicate what they were even doing. You go in to get a hole patched in your tire and leave after 2 hours waiting (no other cars ahead of you) with the hole still there.
